Relating To The Comprehensive Offender Reentry System.

Abstract

Requires the offender reentry office of the department of public safety to develop and implement a risk needs assessment tool that is specifically intended to assess the needs of female offenders. Requires a report to the legislature. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
